Who we are

I am more

What do you think of when you hear the word disability? ‘I am not my disability’ is a movement to shift perspectives, actions and lifestyles, embracing inclusion in beautiful ways.

Celebrate our models as they grace the runway with their smiles, resilience and abundant abilities. They are fierce, courageous and well deserving of the spotlight and  encouragement.

Hello I'm XAN

  1. I created ‘I’m not my disability’ to represent different disabilities. I wanted to give people with different disabilities a voice and help educate people without a disability by giving them some knowledge so they won’t judge people with disabilities. Also with me having a disability I understand what it’s like to be judged and misunderstood and feel like sometimes you don’t have a support system and you having to explain  yourself to fit in a certain group instead of being your self
  2. People with disabilities can be misunderstood by people that do not have a disabilities.
  3.

What I hope for with my segment is to bring some type of dialogue and help to change the mindset between people with disabilities and people without disabilities.

My passion is to teach society that being disabled is not a bad thing, that it’s not dis-ability it’s this-ability.

Rose Veldman - Model

I have a 321life+1 Foundation where I raise money and awareness for the under resourced individuals. I started it in high school and I haven't stopped. I want to show the world we all belong and have value.

I wanted to give people with different disabilities a voice and help educate people without a disability by giving them some knowledge so they won’t judge people with disabilities.
